CAMO and MCC Services
Nayak provides Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization EASA Part M Subcontracted services. This consist of our own MCC located in AMS, DUS and MXP. Also, Nayak provides End-of-Life solutions, parking programs and other airline services.
Maintenance Control Center
To support maintenance activities, Nayak has a 24/7 Maintenance Control Center. In our MCC we have technical planners, coordinators, procurement and logistic specialists, to coordinate optimal performance of maintenance at our locations throughout Europe. The Nayak Maintenance Control Center is staffed with Part M trained planners and EASA certified Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to guarantee the right knowledge.
Nayaks MCC performs maintenance management, planning and scheduling. By the use of our ERP system AMOS, our staff can plan the tasks with optimal usage of aircraft ground time. The planning is made in cooperation with the Part 145 organization that carries out the maintenance, in order to secure maximum use of manpower and efficiency of ground time.
The MCC is the focal point of the group maintenance organization and is responsible for maintaining an accurate overview of all maintenance operations for today and upcoming months. At the same time, our MCC staff maintains a high level of customer service as a standard part of their job, as this is our Nayak brand promise.
Other services performed by our MCC are:
- Life Limited Parts component planning;
- Stock procurement and management;
- Aircraft Defects monitoring and control;
- Other services, dependent on the customers request.
