Base Maintenance

Our main location is Düsseldorf is fully base rated and a true specialist in time challenging base maintenance projects, aside our capabilities up to C-Checks. We work in our own maintenance hangar, Hangar 8 (former LTU and Air Berlin hangar) Our work surface is structured as follows: Total 10.700m²: production hangar 8.500 m² (can accommodate A330-300), 1200 m²  warehouse and  1000m² offices. Almost all employees have many years of experience in the field of aircraft line and base maintenance and have worked for LTU and Air Berlin Technik before, this applies equally to the cabin team, structure repair team, NDT team and our colleagues from the engine shop, who were all previously working in the Air Berlin Shops. In addition, our specially equipped AOG team performs any support very quickly and usually in less than 12 hours of reaction time.

NAYAK LM Germany is in possession of the required EASA Part 145 and FAR Part 145 repair station certificates and we can carry out all maintenance activities according to MPD (for line and base maintenance) and also all structure repairs acc. to SRM or OEM specifications. Our engineering  worked for Air Berlin for many years and has extensive know-how in the field of structure repairs and knows exactly how to communicate with OEM’S such as Boeing or Airbus. NAYAK LM in DUS is also in the possession of the category C20 approval for structure elements.
