Through Altitude Paint Services, Nayak provides professional aircraft and component painting solutions from dedicated facilities in Germany.

With three paint lines, capacity for aircraft up to A321 size and maintenance support through the Nayak network, we support commercial aircraft, business jets and VIP projects with flexible painting solutions.

From a full aircraft repaint to individual components, our teams combine painting expertise with the technical capabilities needed to keep projects moving efficiently.

Aircraft painting

Whether it is a planned repaint, fleet update, rebrand or special livery, Altitude Paint Services supports a wide range of aircraft painting requirements.

Aircraft painting is available for aircraft up to A321 size at our facilities in Paderborn and Münster Osnabrück.

Embraer E170 and E190 paint support

Our capabilities have recently expanded with Part 145 paint support for Embraer E170 and E190 aircraft.

This gives Embraer operators an additional option for aircraft painting in Europe, supported by the maintenance capabilities available within the Nayak network.

Our experience also includes VIP aircraft projects, such as a recent Embraer Lineage 1000 paint project completed at our Paderborn facility.

Aircraft component painting

Not every painting project requires a complete aircraft.

Altitude Paint Services also provides exterior painting for a wide range of aircraft components, including:

• Rudders
• Elevators
• Ailerons
• Spoilers
• Radomes
• Fan cowls and thrust reversers
• Flaps
• Other components on request

Component painting can be combined with structural repair capabilities from Nayak LM at DUS, PAD and FMO, bringing painting and technical support together within the Nayak network.

Our target turnaround time is two days per component, subject to incoming conditions.

Our painting facilities

Paderborn Lippstadt Airport | PAD

Our Paderborn facility offers two paint lines with capacity for aircraft up to A321 size.

The facility supports commercial aircraft, Business Jet and VIP painting projects and provides capacity for up to 90 aircraft per year.

Münster Osnabrück Airport | FMO

Our Münster Osnabrück facility offers one paint line with capacity for aircraft up to A321 size and up to 45 aircraft per year.

Together, our PAD and FMO facilities provide three dedicated paint lines in Germany, centrally located within Europe.
