Terms & Conditions
- Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest e-mail address: communication@nayak.aero. Those not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
- Entries must contain the Nayak Aircraft Services or Yellow Technic by Nayak Logo within the image. Entries that do not adhere to this rule will be deleted.
- Entries will be judged by the Nayak Aircraft Services. All decisions are final. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
- By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Nayak Aircraft Services for advertising purposes.
- All participants must give their full name and agree that, in the case of a winning entry, their name may be mentioned for advertising purposes.
- Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
- The prizes will be e-mailed to the winners and are not transferable.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after three business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
- The contest is valid to all EU and non EU citizens.
- All winners will be contacted within 2 weeks of the submission deadline.
- By submitting your entry via the correct channel, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the rules of the competition as stated above.
